President Audrey has chosen 2 charities for the club to support this year:

The Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths funds research into the causes and prevention of sudden infant death, promotes baby health and safety and supports bereaved families.

Devon Air Ambulance Trust - Real People Saving Real Lives.

We have had 2 events already:

A pavement party at Gulliver's Cafe with Pam and Ann - despite not very good weather, we raised £240.

The following item appeared on the website of the local Brixham News:

Audrey Taylor from the Soroptimist International of Brixham handed Len Scott from the Fishermen's Mission a cheque for £240 with half of the monies raised from a recent Party organised by Gullivers Cafe and The Crown and Anchor. There was also £120 each for The Devon Air Ambulance and the Foundation for the study of Infant Deaths.
